We offer FREE delivery on all items online and aim to have your product dispatched from our showroom on the same day you purchase it (provided it is in stock).
Our FREE delivery extends throughout New Zealand and includes Rural deliveries also.
Note: International delivery is not available at this point.
Delivery and lead times quoted are estimates only, based on best information, and we apologise in advance for any delays that may be experienced. Delays can be incurred due to circumstances outside of our control. In such circumstances, we aim to keep you fully informed.
We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible, the same day or next depending on courier times and you will receive full tracking details once your item(s) has/have been dispatched.
We arrange all deliveries via our agent Courier Solutions. Standard items are delivered via Castle Parcels and oversize/weighted items are delivered via PBT.
After dispatch, shipping time to most parts of NZ is 1 - 3 days; rural deliveries may take longer. Overweight and oversize items can take up to a week but again, we arrange immediate dispatch and the delivery time may be similar to a standard courier.
All items will need to be signed for but if you would like your order to be left without a signature, please let us know in your order notes so we can note this on your item accordingly. Please Note: You assume the risk if you waive your right to a signed receipt.
Delivery is deemed to be effective when the delivery company receives a signed receipt (unless waived) confirming that the goods were received in good condition. Please DO NOT SIGN the delivery docket if the packaging is damaged. If you are able to take a photo and send to us, that would be helpful, thank you. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that may be experienced. Please contact us immediately if you think your item(s) may have arrived damaged so that we can rectify the situation immediately.
